Bagels bring people together
I'm Revi Menasche, a busy mom who decided one morning to try baking bagels. That hobby turned into The Bagel Lady in Rockwall.
The first batches
When we got together, we talked about what we loved and missed, and bagels were always at the top of the list. So I baked a few more batches. My family ate them first, then friends and neighbors, and word got around.
From hobby to shop
Restaurants like Wells Cattle Co started ordering, and their burgers are even better on a bagel bun. So I took it to the next level, and we boil and then bake every bagel the traditional Jewish way.
Paying it forward
The community backed us from the start, so we back other local businesses in return. I support more than eight woman-owned businesses in town.
